Information

HHV Women's Session supported by Condor (14yrs+)

5-7pm, Sundays throughout the year.

A fun, friendly and social session, with different groups for different experience levels (see below for details). We may split into separate groups for some activities to make sure everyone gets what they want; whether that's a tough workout or a more relaxed pace focussing on skills. There's always plenty of time for socialising throughout!

Intermediate Group - For riders with a training accreditation who want a faster training session.

Skills Group - For riders who are newer to the track or who want a gentler session.

Important: you must have completed a track taster before booking onto this session. Our Track Riding Pathway has more details about the progression you can make as you gain more experience on the track.
