90K Training Plan

Up to 20 weeks bespoke 90K Training Plan, a training plan that will be uniquely written to get you to the start line of your chosen Lap Challenge distance, injury free and as fit as possible. By following one of our plans, you'll train smart, be more likely to remain healthy and enjoy your running.

How does it work?

Purchase the plan . You'll then get an email with a link to download our questionnaire. Fill that in and send it back to us.

Once we have your questionanire, one of our coaches will be in touch with your training plan within 3 days.
